Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design and develop complex CMOS analog, power and mixed-signal circuitry such as switch-mode power stages, reference generators, clocks, comparators, amplifiers and data converters
  • Develop novel switch-mode power stage architectures for both traditional power nodes (>90nm) and deep sub-micron modes ( <45nm)
  • Work with chip leads to develop detailed and prioritized chip level design and layout workflow
  • Verify chip functionality through simulation and modeling, including co-simulation with digital blocks and post-layout extraction simulations
  • Guide layout engineer towards chip tape-out to ensure circuit performance requirements are met

Requirements:

Bachelors or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or related field and 2 years’ experience in job offered or 2 years’ experience in related positions.

Experience must include 1 year in design of power management blocks (linear and switching power supplies), high-speed data converters, or other complex mixed-signal system designs and design with small geometry processes ( <28nm); Use of system level modeling using tools such as Matlab/Simulink; Digital design flow and use of mixed-signal simulation tools such as AMS

Salary: $87,000 yearly

Hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
